How to Read a Men's Gummy Supplement Label
Gummy supplements have become the default format for a lot of men's wellness products — but the label still deserves the same scrutiny as a capsule. Here's what to check.
1. Look for named ingredients, not a vague "energy blend"
A trustworthy label names each active ingredient specifically. If all you see is a generic "performance complex" with no individual ingredients named, you can't research or verify what you're actually taking.
2. Check the serving size
Gummy formats vary — some require two or three gummies for a full serving, which changes your actual cost per bottle. Confirm the serving size before comparing prices across brands.
3. Check for added sugar
Gummies need some form of sweetener and binding agent to hold their shape; check the "other ingredients" section for how much added sugar is involved, especially if you're tracking sugar intake.
4. Confirm the guarantee terms
Look for the specific number of days and how to actually request a refund, rather than trusting a generic "satisfaction guaranteed" banner.
